nchs anniversary parade 2006
first n foremost, a big thank you to my parade commander, parade regimental sergeant major, nchs flag bearer, srcs flag bearer, the two flag escorts, the GOH contingent commander, the GOH contingent asst commander, the GOH contingent itself and the two stick orderlies. thanks for making me feel proud walking arnd in a rc tee... it was a great performance put up by u ppl even thou i only got to c the ending part of it... both ycs n me r hoping to c another parade tis yr... a passing out parade for the ncos n the new batch to take over... most probably if hav den will be the official passing out of ycs from the unit as wad i hav heard from him thus far.. hahaha..
so today went work... take mrt... den at work keep nth to do... sumore marfi work sunday so mei mei incharge... den she gav up hope on me coz i keep wandering arnd.. hahhaa.. cant blame wad... at haem oso nth much to do... den arnd 445 or 5 i left... rushed down take cab... end up reached nchs $14... sumore parade alr till uniform inspection... sad... waste my money.. imagine if like wad mr rahim told me abt parade starting at 6.. n i still go take cab.. i tink i will go strangle him when i reach.. hahaha.. den after parade they wasted lots of time in the clssroom.. den go cp after tat... go kfc i nv eat coz tabao all the curry puffs n water.. hahaha... den at kfc sit tok kok wif qw n kw... den tat mother die one qw spit ice at my face when he laugh... kns... he rili gg to die sooner or lata in my hands.. hahaha... den after kfc go take 161 wif yc to woodlands den share cab come jurong west... den juz now playing winning eleven.. den arnd 1 plus he slpt.. dunoe which mf say surely wont slp.. hahaha.. den arnd 2 he woke up go bath.. den we played awhile till now... he go back slp again... hahaha.. den i now blogging... after blog will go wake him up to continue.. hahaha... den lata gg to go take mrt frm boonlay to dunoe where to meet my family go grave cleaning... hiong sia... wear shoes wear jeans go... sumore nv slp... hahaha.. den tink not slping lata la.. no point.. after shao mu go home den slp... since no longer playing soccer... den monday work again.. yawns.... last week liao.. hahaha...
anyway a short paragraph to the sec3s... as much as fighting for ur own chances go... i aint really for it... coz u c, tis is not a individual game.. its not a game in the first place... there's no need to challenge each other or wadeva.. wad is supposed to be the correct way is tat ALL of u r working towards one n ONLY one goal, to help the unit move forth... u may be a chairperson, u may be a logistic head... it doesnt matter... its a team effort... u all r given post not juz to c how capable of handling tings... its oso to c if u all noe wads a team effort n wads selfishness... if u'r given a post tat u may not really like, nvm, take it in ur stride... do ur part for the camp.. for the unit... coz even if u dun do wadeva u'r given.. sumone else hav to do it... in the end, its juz wasting time trying to justify who do wad... it doesnt matter.. trust me... wad u do in tis camp may effect wad post u get in the future... so?? u'r hoping to become an nco juz for personal glory?? to go arnd telling ppl u'r the chairperson n u can f evryone in ur unit?? no.... in the end.. its juz to make sure the unit move forward... its not abt individuals... as much as i love being a loner in the tings i do.. red cross is the only place i learned abt teamwork... n i did run my unit as an nco wif my peers as a team... thou there was only 4 ppl... hahaha... tats not the point.. the point is... the unit shld be the uppermost concern... its not abt each n evry single one of u... n juz a last part... i hope all of u can support each other n spur each other on... n not hav so many disagreements wif each other n end up wif another conflict... u all must undstnd its not easy to be the camp chief... sure.. u get all kinds of authority.. so?? u tink tats gg to help u feel beta?? anyting not done for the camp the camp chief gets it... ppl hav fights hav arguements the camp chief must step in.. n do rmb tat the camp chief is from ur own batch.. she's juz as normal as u ppl... she does not hav super powers helping her.. she's the same as u all.. hav other tings to care abt other den the camp.. her studies, her frens, her family... its the same wif u all.. so do work WIF each other... there's no point having two groups of ppl running a same camp both heading different directions... so do ur best to undstnd wad i've said so far.. i'll try to come down as n when i can when my sch reopens in one week time bud do not expect too much... lastly, i do not wish to hear any parents complaining abt anyone spending too much time n effort on tis camp... sure i would wan u ppl to be committed n giv evryting... bud studies n family arent the tings to be sacrifaced... if u really wan, tings such as slacking, watching tv, playing games time shld be reduced instead... do note its reduced n not totally removed.. hahaha... tats abt all la.. anyone got anyting can sms me or ycs one.. we will always hav time to entertain u all.. coz u all r our cadets... so tats abt all... do rmb... its a TEAM effort...
last but not least... a paragraph dedicated to my dream... in case u hav been feeling sorry or bad abt wad has happened... u dun hav to.. i can tell u seriously i dun really find myself sad or down.. sure i may say lots of crap... bud i noe myself... if i'm really down i wont even bother toking... so yea.. i'm glad u've made a decision n tat i can make a closure to tis dream of mine... my fone line is always open for u to sms bud i rather u not call... since i seldom tok much on fone... so dun worry abt me.. i'm old enuf n hav seen enuf in life to be able to take tis in my stride.. wish u all the best n u may still hav ur post as my spy if u wan to.. i wont force u.. hahhaa.. of coz if u'r not feeling sorry or bad becoz of wad i tink it is.. den juz ignore tis abv paragraph.. hahhaa...
